Private LTE Network for Fleet Operations
Push-to-Talk for Your Entire Fleet
Before Dispatch360: dispatchers juggle cell phones, personal texts, and consumer apps to communicate with drivers across a busy shift. None of it is connected to the operation. All of it adds friction.
After Dispatch360: Dispatch360's Push-to-Talk system gives your entire operation — dispatch desk, scale house, batch house, and every truck in the fleet — instant voice communication over 4G. Carrier-agnostic, always on, and built for the way construction materials operations actually communicate.
What Push-to-Talk Looks Like in Your Operation.
The Push-to-Talk system uses dedicated hardware — no app dependencies, no cell plans, no carrier lock-in. Set-top radios sit at the dispatcher's desk, the scale house, and the batch house. Each location has always-on voice access to the fleet without needing a computer or a phone. In the trucks, CB-style radios mount in the dashboard with a hand microphone. Drivers pick up the mic and talk — the same familiar interface drivers have used for decades, updated for 4G networks. One-to-one calls, private talk groups, or fleet-wide broadcasts — all initiated from the radio with no connection delays and no switching between devices. The system runs on 4G and is completely carrier-agnostic. It does not depend on any single cellular network, so coverage follows your fleet across job sites, quarries, plant yards, and haul roads regardless of which carrier has the strongest signal in that area.
What Push-to-Talk Does for Your Operation.
Set-Top Desk Radios
Dedicated radios for the dispatcher's desk, scale house, and batch house — always on, always connected. No computer required to communicate with the fleet.
Cab-Mounted Truck Radios
CB-style radios mount in the truck dashboard with a hand microphone. Drivers pick up and talk — familiar hardware, 4G network.
4G Carrier-Agnostic
Runs on 4G and is not locked to any single carrier. Coverage follows your fleet across job sites, quarries, and haul roads without dead zones from carrier limitations.
Private Talk Groups
Create driver groups by job site, truck type, or crew. Communicate with one group without broadcasting to the entire fleet.
Fleet-Wide Broadcasts
One transmission reaches every radio on the network simultaneously — useful for shift-wide announcements, weather alerts, or urgent operational updates.
Project-Specific Talk Groups
Configure talk groups around active jobs — so the concrete pour crew at one job site communicates separately from the aggregate haul at another.
