We Built This Because We Lived the Problem.
Dispatch360 wasn't created in a boardroom. It was built by a team that spent years on the ground — supporting construction fleets, watching their technology fail them, and deciding to do something about it.
How Dispatch360 Was Born
The Industry Didn't Need Better Integrations. It Needed One System.
Before Dispatch360 existed, the founding team spent years as a managed service provider — supporting the technology stacks of concrete producers, aggregate suppliers, and construction material companies across the country. Dispatch systems from one vendor. Batching software from another. GPS from a third. Accounting from a fourth.
Every day, they watched the same movie play out. A system would go down. The concrete trucks would sit. The dispatcher would call vendor A, who would blame vendor B, who would point at vendor C. Days would pass. Loads would be missed. Customers would get frustrated. And the producer — the one running the operation and paying for all of it — would be stuck in the middle with no good answers.
The conclusion wasn't complicated. The industry didn't need better integrations between broken systems. It needed one system that was built right from the start — by people who understood what concrete and materials dispatch actually looked like at 5:30 in the morning when the first truck needs to roll.
That system became Dispatch360. Founded in 2019 and proudly American-owned and operated out of Spring Hill, Florida, Dispatch360 is built by a leadership team with over 30 years of combined experience in ready-mix concrete and construction technology. Not borrowed experience. Not approximated experience. The real thing.
In enterprise software terms, what the Dispatch360 team built is a purpose-built TMS and operations management system for construction materials — a category that did not exist as a unified platform before. Most producers in this space were running a dispatch system from one vendor, GPS from another, ticketing from a third, and reconciling everything in spreadsheets. Dispatch360 was built to make that patchwork unnecessary.
What We Stand For
The vendor runaround ends here.
If something breaks in Dispatch360, there is exactly one team to call. Ours. No finger-pointing. No escalation chains. No 'that's not our module.' We built it, we own it, we fix it.
Cloud-first isn't a feature. It's the foundation.
Servers break. Outdated software slows you down. Dispatch360 runs entirely in the cloud — always current, always accessible, never dependent on hardware sitting in a back office somewhere that nobody maintains.
Privately owned means customer-driven.
We are not controlled by private equity. We do not answer to shareholders. Every decision we make about this product is driven by what our customers actually need — not what looks good in an investor presentation.
American-built, American-operated.
Our team is here. Our support is here. When you call, you reach a real person who knows this product and this industry. That's not an accident — it's a choice we make every day.
