Every Dispatch360 deployment includes both software and hardware. The software is the cloud-based platform — the dispatch dashboard, the driver app, the customer portal, and every feature in the comparison above. The hardware is the physical equipment installed on your vehicles: GPS telematics units, driver tablets, and for Vision and Complete configurations, the cellular-connected camera systems.
Hardware is a one-time cost. The monthly subscription covers the software platform, the cellular data service for your GPS and cameras, and ongoing US-based support. Everything works together because it was all designed together — there is no third-party hardware to manage separately.
