How do I install and set up the Dispatch360 Related applications on my tablet?
Overview: Whether you’re using your own tablet or a skEYEwatch-issued device, setup is quick and straightforward. Our applications are available for both Android and iOS platforms.
For Android Devices
If you’re bringing your own Android tablet, please contact our Support Team to receive the correct application package.
Android applications must be side-loaded, meaning they are installed manually rather than from the Google Play Store. Our team will provide the correct installation file and instructions by email or direct download.
For iOS Devices
If you’re using an iPad or iPhone, simply search for “skEYEwatch” in the App Store and choose the app that best fits your operation. You can also download directly using the links below:
- Ready Mix for iOS
- Volumetric for iOS
- Aggregate for iOS (Coming soon!)
Setup Instructions
Once the app is installed, follow these steps:
- Enter your company token.
- Assign the tablet to the truck in your fleet.
You should have received your company’s unique token during onboarding.
If you don’t have your token, contact Support and provide your company name.
If You Purchased a skEYEwatch Tablet
If you bought a skEYEwatch tablet and are missing your applications or your company token, please contact Support and include the following details:
- Tablet Serial Number and Assigned Truck
- Company Name
- Product Type (Ready Mix, Volumetric, or Aggregate)
Support Response Time
A Support Technician will contact you within 48 hours to provide assistance or confirm that the issue has been resolved.
