Installing Dispatch360 Apps on Your Tablet

    Overview

    Whether you are using your own tablet or a skEYEwatch-issued device, getting the Dispatch360 driver app installed is quick and straightforward. Our applications are available for both Android and iOS platforms.

    Android Devices

    Android applications must be side-loaded — meaning they are installed manually rather than downloaded from the Google Play Store. This is a standard security practice for enterprise fleet applications.

    To install on an Android tablet:

    1. Contact the Dispatch360 Support Team to receive the correct application package for your operation type.
    2. Our team will send you the installation file and step-by-step instructions by email or direct download link.
    3. Follow the installation instructions provided. If you have any difficulty, our support team is available to walk you through it.

    Note: You may need to enable "Install from Unknown Sources" in your Android settings to complete the side-load installation. Our support team can guide you through this step if needed.

    iOS Devices (iPad or iPhone)

    iOS installation is simpler — the apps are available directly from the Apple App Store. Search for "skEYEwatch" and select the app that matches your operation type.

    • Volumetric: search "skEYEwatch Volumetric" in the App Store
    • Aggregate / Hauler App: search "skEYEwatch" in the App Store
