Release Notes — September 2025

    Last updated September 15, 2025

    Overview

The September 2025 release includes major updates focused on usability, dispatch efficiency, reporting, and AI-powered insights. All updates are live in your Dispatch360 account — no action required to activate them.

What Is New in September 2025

    1. Weather Overlay on the Live Map

Radar and satellite weather views are now available directly on the Dispatch360 live dispatch map. Select from multiple rendering styles for familiar weather color schemes. Dispatchers can now see real-time weather patterns around active job sites and plants without leaving the dispatch dashboard.

    2. Order Schedule Map Enhancements

Job site delivery locations are now visualized on the order schedule map alongside active production orders. Dispatchers get a clearer spatial picture of where deliveries are going and how trucks are distributed across active jobs.

    3. Enhanced Timesheet Information

Driver timesheet records now include additional detail for improved payroll accuracy and compliance reporting. The timesheet view has been redesigned for faster review.

    4. Collapsible Contact Controls

Contact and customer information panels in the dispatch dashboard can now be collapsed to give dispatchers more screen space for the map and active order views.

    5. Location Pin Drop for Non-Addressed Sites

Dispatchers can now drop a custom location pin for job sites that do not have a standard street address — common for rural construction sites, quarries, and field pours. Drivers navigate to the pin using the built-in GPS.

    6. Perpetual Delivery Feature (Aggregate and Block)

A new perpetual delivery option is available for aggregate and block operations that run ongoing open-ended delivery schedules. Set a recurring delivery pattern and Dispatch360 manages the schedule automatically.

    7. Project-Based Order Creation

Orders can now be created and tracked at the project level — grouping all deliveries for a single construction project under one record. Useful for large commercial jobs with multiple delivery phases.

    8. Enhanced Demand Graph

The demand forecasting graph has been updated with improved visualization, better time-range controls, and the ability to overlay actual delivery performance against forecasted demand.

    9. Product Inventory Module

A new product inventory tracking module is now available for operations that want to monitor material stock levels alongside dispatch activity. Track inventory by product type, location, and usage against orders.

    10. AI-Based Cancellation Trend Analysis

Dispatch360 now analyzes your historical order cancellation patterns using AI and surfaces trend insights in the reporting dashboard. Understand when, why, and from which customers cancellations most frequently occur — so your team can address the root causes proactively.
